A core team of volunteers worked alongside others who were not in education or employment. Our volunteers contributed to savings in excess of £75,000 of costs, due to their hard work, and the donation of materials or services.

The standard of work and care that the team at the Shed provide is outstanding; the levels of diligence, professionalism, safety, quality and challenge are exceptional.
The impact on our students is significant. We see them grow in both practical skills and confidence. The Shed team build rapport and trust with each student and enable them to develop in self-esteem and become increasingly empowered and motivated.
